虚拟环境中的真实交互——追寻记忆的行为

智能手机众多APP的强大功能已经让手机不再仅仅是手机——手机可以随时变身,变成一个产品,如:一本书、一个相册、一个记账本甚至一个手电筒,或一个打火机…只要到APP上下载,你的iphone就可以变身了,设计师和工程师也每天都推出新的APP以满足用户等待的好奇心。

我们知道,科技的进步推动了人机交互的发展,机器的界面是工程师打造得虚拟环境,但是我们却发现越来愈多的虚拟环境克隆了人与真实物品的交互方式,不仅界面看起来像是传统产品,甚至使用的行为也都是记忆中风尘多年的习惯。
我们看看以下几个来自于APP store 的应用

显然,用户很喜欢这样新鲜的产品。手持设备的传统按键操作方式不见了,这些新的产品全都用了抓取用户心的关键因素——行为,创新的原始行为。正是这样的产品和交互行为唤起了他们的记忆中的一些习惯。行为代替了按键,让用户从更多的维度更加立体的与手机进行交互。而行为所反馈的情感因素也显得尤为深入人心。从设计的角度出发,我们可以总结出一个行为提炼模型。

毋庸置疑,在科技告诉发展、信息鱼龙混杂的今天,传统的回归显得很“珍贵”和“得人心”。
人的传统工具割不断的联系在于人的社会属性。我们知道用户作为人存在于这个世界上有一种属性是区别于动物的社会属性,人和动物的本质区别也就是人类可以自己动手生产和制造工具,从“石器”开始,到现在我们周围的“高科技产品”。从原始社会到现在的信息化社会,我们看到了人类惊人的智慧。直到现在,人们还是没有停止过的在创造着。身边的每一个产品都是人类的智慧创造出来的。可是“技术是一把双刃剑”,信息化浪潮引发了人们对人类学和哲学的思考,产品,也就是人工物被设计得越是高、精、尖,对操作者、使用者的要求标准越是高。一方面,用户在使用高科技含量产品的时候往往会束手无策,要经过较长一段时间的适应才能挖掘出产品所具备的功能。另一方面,现代人工物的应用无论从广度和深度上都是传统人工物难以比拟的。这样也带来了产品操作的高要求,用户体验并不亲切。这样就要求设计师从针对用户研究的角度得出设计经验和设计方法。人们内心并不是真的愿意去接受这些技术带来的“创新产品”,如果能有个产品让用户可以找回原始状态下的传统工具的使用行为,会让他们在使用过程中得到更有意义的满足。这种满足包括对古老事物的追忆、远离现实繁杂与喧嚣的瞬间宁静、让工具更得心应手的控制欲的释放等等。

“Iho”是一个复古式的饮水机。设计灵感来源于老式的汲水设备,不同于现代家电中带有按键和轻触开关的电水壶,这个亲切的饮水机让使用者看到它就会使用,省去了复杂的操作过程,人们的潜意识里见到这产品,就明白了它的使用方法。使用行为仿佛回到了过去,激起来人们的回忆,让使用的过程变成一种似曾相识的行为过程,即是复古,也是创新。
我们再来看看移动终端上的这些产品,拿小提琴举个例子套用之前提到的行为提炼模型。

设计师提炼了小提琴这个传统产品的行为,这个原本只发生在人和传统产品之间的行为被应用在了新技术的产物——手持设备iPhone上,让用户在一个虚拟的环境中重新体验到了传统产品带来的回忆和感觉,找到了人使用传统产品所带来的真实感觉的共鸣,这种创新很容易打动用户。这种全新的体验似曾相识,但又完全新鲜。其实,在人们在与周围事物相处时做出的无意识的行为背后,还存在着超生物、超机体的文化因素。也就是说人们在发出这些生物性的行为同时,也在享受着行为发生一瞬间所带来的愉悦感。把人们和传统产品沟通的行为过程嫁接到产品的使用方式上,让使用行为变成得心应手的传统回归,心理诉求得到满足,行为结果得到满意的答复,完成产品体验。

人们自豪于自己技术的强大,人们也一直执着于自己的这项本领,不断的以惊人的速度在超越,技术越来强大。

作为设计师,我们希望用技术实现设计,却希望抹去技术的痕迹,追寻传统。
因为技术不是永恒的,记忆和情感才是永恒。
